主机所以网站都打不开

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Hosting Support.

We understand you were having issues with 500 errors

This error generally indicates a scripting issue. We recommend enabling the error logs on your account for assistance.

If you have a Linux-based hosting account, you can use error logs to view your site's error logs for a period of seven days, after which error collection stops and error logs are not available to view. If you extend the expiration date while error collection is taking place, all existing error logs are deleted and the collection process begins anew.


NOTE: Error logs are not available on Economy Hosting – Linux plans. To see if you use Economy Hosting – Linux, click here.


To Enable Error Logs



Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Error Logs icon.

Click Update.


To View Error Logs



Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Error Logs icon.

Click View Logs.

Log in using your hosting account username and password.
