godaddy的win主机碰到这种情况是不是无法解决了？？？用了siteserver cms，国内一般的虚拟主机都可以用；电信的主机也有权限问题，但是跑去数据中心沟通一下就把鼠标交给你随便你搞；godaddy的能够协商解决吗？？？
