Also, please provide us with any URLs of where the error message can be reviewed. If we would need to login to your website, please provide us with test login credentials to access your website. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

If you wish to move to a US hosting plan you will have to cancel your current plan and purchase a US hosting plan at the following URL:

http://www.godaddy.com/Hosting/hosting.aspx?ci=1234

Please note, if the correct hosting is not added to your shopping cart please reply back with the type and term of hosting you wish to have so we can add it to your shopping cart for you.


Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.



To Cancel Your Hosting Account:




Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Click the domain name you want to use.

Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.

Click Cancel Account.



NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.



Once canceled, please reply back so we can submit your refund request.
