godaddy空间更换服务器

我的一个主机：ip是173.201.87.87 ftp连接不上，现在空间打不开，提示信息：Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change
还有一段信息：

已经两天了，还不能够使用，怎么处理啊？？
