GD要确认委托付款，怎么办？

我在中国注册了个域名，然后用别人的支付宝支付了GD的空间，域名才绑定上去2天，就不能用，GD 发了第一份信过来，内容在下面：
Thank you for being our valued customer. Due to suspicious purchase activity
in shopper account 37839726, your recent order(s) have been canceled
and refunded by our verification office. Please allow five to ten business days for
your financial institution to fully process the reimbursement.

If you feel this action has been taken against your shopper account in error, please
email our verification office at ccinquiries@godaddy.com. In your response,
please provide a brief explanation of how you intend to use the product(s) purchased
and have the payment method account holder provide us a clear, legible copy of his/her
government-issued, valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport.


我把付款人的身份证扫描之后发过去，GD又来第二封信：

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the name on the identification we received does not match the name of the payment method account holder provided at the time of purchase. The image(s) provided must be clear, legible, unaltered and must identify the owner of the payment method used.
    Our goal is to reasonably ensure the payment method account holder is authorizing use of a payment method with us. If you do not have valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, please provide a statement from your financial institution showing the original purchase and subsequent refund.
   
我就再把我的身份证 和付款人（我朋友）的身份证都扫描发过去，GD又来第三封信：
Our goal is to reasonably ensure the payment method account holder is authorizing use of a payment method with us. Please provide a statement from your financial institution showing the original purchase and subsequent refund.

Upon receipt of the requested information, we will re-evaluate your request to reinstate the account.

请问该如何解决。谢谢！！！
