godaddy不同意退款，该怎么办？

我的经济型主机和SSl在后台删除，然后申请退款。但godaddy不同意退款，该怎么办？

这是我发给godaddy的邮件
Issue : hello,I am sorry to request you to refund my money .
I had canceled my products: Hosting and ssl
the hosting's domain is www.****.com
my Customer Number is 32428795
and my Call-in Pin is ***
thank you

这是godaddy的回复

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Unfortunately we will be unable to complete the requested refund as these services are non-refundable. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customer Number 暴露了，当心。

有些退不了，可能指的是SSL。
