退款是不是还要等？

从GD同意退款到现在已经7天过了，我邮件过去，GD这样回复的：“Thank you for your response. Please note that both receipts 254750*** and 254793*** have been refunded at this time. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be received and if you do not receive these funds at that time we would need you to contact your financial institution to determine where the funds are being held. If you have additional concerns please reply so we can further assist you.”

意思是不是还要我等10天呀？他是现在才处理退款，还是当时就处理了？
