为什么买Lunarpages空间要那么久

我10月27号通过国内银行卡买的，到现在还没有Lunarpages开通的通知，不会是吞了我的钱吧？

应该很快啊，你有没有收到他们相关的邮件，叫你登陆ticket验证账号信息。

有收到，但是登陆时总是密码错误，不知道怎么回事。
好像只写了密码在里面，没有帐号

那个登陆主机账号的，是登陆ticket的账号，应该是你理解错了，只有先验证通过他们才会处理你的订单。

根本没说明帐号是什么，只写了密码，和ticket地址。

今天发信来了，说没收到付款，那钱哪去了呢

11月2号发了一封信，我回复时已经附上身份证图片了。

既然你不知道如果购买开通早点上来问啊，现在钱没有退就联系lunarpages客服问问看，要不就找国内银行查一下。

问客服那边应该怎样写，能帮下忙吗，我英文不太好。
