用支付宝续费失败,Your order was not processed

我一直使用的都是月付，今天到期了，于是我上去续费！
因为出了支付宝，续费也比较方便，上个月都是用支付宝。

支付宝提示付款成功了，但是看godaddy里没有相关订单，主机时间也没增加。
过一会,godaddy发来邮箱，内容如下：

Dear ?? ?,

Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we could not process your order using Alipay™ for the following reason:

Funding received was either more or less than expected. This could be due to a domain name no longer being available when funds were received.

If funds were received, we have refunded the full amount received back to your Alipay account.
REFUND AMOUNT: ($6.99)

Again, your order was not processed. If you wish to re-order, please use the following link to return to your shopping cart.


Please contact us if you need any further assistance.

We look forward to your continued patronage,
GoDaddy.com, Inc.

它说因为某某原因订单处理失败，如果收到我的款项，会全额退支付宝帐号。。。但我查询了支付宝，没有。
有人碰到过这样的情况吗？ 是否需要多少天才退到我的支付宝?
