justhost主机总是无法访问，客服说是IPS问题。该怎么解决啊？

网站总是无法打开该怎么办啊？
Sometimes we have the problems with the Chinese users.
Chinese IPS blocks the IP addresses of our servers and we can't resolve such problems.

Please ask your ISP to give to you statics IP address and then send it to us. We will add it to trusted list.

If your customer has  some problem with accessing to your site, he need to send ticket to support@justhost.com with his WAN IP address. And we will check what the problem is.

貌似你自己的机器有问题，看看是不是中毒了。

国内无论电信或网通访问你的网站全部正常。

我现在也能访问，速度也挺快，但是一阵阵的。一会就不行了一会又好了。一直这样。
