我昨天也这样说回复如下：
I am sorry. The last time I cancelled the host because it is windows, while I need linux. I thought i can receive the refund through Alipay at the begining,meanwhile,the client anxious to this site, so while i do not receive the refund, I brought a new host. Now if they can not refund,even if the refund can be transferred to an existing host,it does not make any sense to me .It means I lost the money because the chient is not willing to pay extra money for this. So I think if the domain can not retreat, then I am willing to pay extra money for the domain. Please think about it.Thank you very much.

please create another invoice let me pay for the unrefundable domain name "xxx.com" , so you can refund the invoice number of "xxxxxxx"
xxx.com替换为不能退款的域名 xxxxxx替换为你域名和主机的订单号
