我没注意邮件，晚些时间才看到这封邮件的，因为我之前买过LP的空间，他是电话过来确认的，结果这些让我提交身份证明传真或邮件给他，我赶紧邮件过去，结果就给我来了这么一封信

一般超过一星期没有提交身份证明验证这账户，订单就会过期
你已经付款成功了吧?联系他们主机商客服看看能不能重新验证，不行就的退款再重新购买
