我是用自己的域名注册的,注册后给了封 SETUP *****.com    的开通信,但没有用户名和IP地址,是怎么回事,我该怎么办.

他们最近发出来的开通邮件都是这样，我向他们反映一下

用域名和密码就可以登录，然后其他信息都可以在控制面板看到

是可以登陆了,但FTP地址是什么呢,我登陆域名,用域名和密码怎么进不去

在ftp manage里面可以看到用户名

以前在其他主机商购买的时候也出现这一样的情况

当时的原因是：用户名和密码设的一样的造成的
