Burst vps 好像要我发传真资料

昨天刚用我的绑定信用卡paypal买了Burst vps $5.95/月，过去了一天burst好像发了邮件要求我发传真信用卡资料，
我家没有传真机，下周才回办公室，我不想只好等一周时间，也不知道Burst什么时候才开通
请问高手们，我应该是发传真资料还是继续等一段时间自然开通？

如果需要发传真，是个令人麻烦的事，我可能需要退款了

还有哪些vps不需要检验资料可直接开通吗？
