BTW, Ur English is good, probably better than me, and what u wrote down is correct, and it should be fine if the user send the ticket like it. It is polite and reasonable to do it. So thanks for everything u did. ...
呵呵,我只是因为自己会这门语言,而且因为经常在澳大利亚居住生活所以需要经常使用,所以觉得可以帮一下也没有什么,一两个句子而已,小事一桩,不需要什么谢谢。
我不知道你是在哪里学英文的,不过你的写的比较多中国式英语。英语和中文之间不是简单的文字对应翻译。
只是一个交流,没有比较较量的意思。Please don't take it personal。
