GODADDY主机被暂停了怎么办？因侵权

我的gdaddy空间被暂停了，网站也打不开了，因为一个侵权网站牵连了其它网站，求帮忙！！！

发了邮件给客服，只是叫我联系投诉方的邮箱，联系了也没有回应，现在FTP能上，但是主机进不去，数据库没办法备份，域名也没办法删除。

第一封邮件如下：

Dear Parties,

We have received a formal trademark infringement claim regarding your hosted site, SUPERTIFFANYJEWELRY.COM from the owner of the registered trademark: (see complaint). In accordance with our Trademark and Copyright Infringement Policy http://www.godaddy.com/agreements/ShowDoc.aspx?pageid=TRADMARK_COPY your hosting account has been suspended pending the resolution of this matter.

Please note that the suspension of your hosting account does not affect your domain name registration.

If you wish to contest this claim, our Counter Notification Policy http://www.godaddy.com/agreements/ShowDoc.aspx?pageid=TRADMARK_COPY gives you an opportunity to file a counter notification and sets forth the necessary information that you must provide to us.

Attached for your convenience is the original claim that was sent to us.

To resolve this issue directly with the complaining party, or if you have questions about the claim, please contact:

联系客服要求删除你侵权的内容，看看能否解决问题

直接把，那个侵权网站程序，删除，告知，已经删除，一般就能解决。
再把那个站，搬到别的地方。

Ryan S.这个人比较好说话，我告诉你个办法，把IP地址从域名中移除，不要指向那个空间的IP，然后给Ryan S.写信说，xxx.com is no longer pointing to this hosting server, please check it and unsuspend my account as soon as possible.

第二天，他会二话没说就给你打开了。

你应该庆幸给你发邮件的是Ryan S.，换个人就没有办法了

这个是鄙人的经验之谈
