关于ssl退款的问题

给我的ssl是新加坡的ip 我不想要了就给删掉然后退款 但是他们拒绝了。我现在该怎么办呢，是接着申请，还是让他们给我换个ip。或者给我恢复啊。。

ssl一旦启用了，就不能退款了啊，一般几天内可以退款，时间太长了，不一定可以退款的

你可以联系客服说清情况，说分配的IP不对
