IP ping不通是不是就说明这个IP被封了？如果买独立IP是不是就一定能解决问题？

我给lunarpages写信说空间不能用了。他们回信如下：

我给他们去信要求购买独立IP，他们回信如下：

Hello,

A dedicated IP is not included in the cost of your hosting. We can provide you with a dedicated IP for $2.95 per month billable in one lump for the remainder of your term.

We can add a dedicated IP for you but please note that this will not fully resolve the block as email to and from china will not work. We can set your email to be processed via google apps if you would like?

Also, please note that it can take 5-7 days for the dedicated IP to become assigned.
