昨天多付了两次款。如何跟客服沟通退款呢。？？

英语太烂了。。

事情是这样的。。

我是通过支付宝支付的。。购买域名（但不是支付宝里没有钱）

我通过外面的给支付宝付款。。

一次付款成功，可是域名还在购物篮里。。我不能等就删了这个购物篮里的域名。。到现在这个域名也没有给我开通。。

一次付款成功，可是域名还在购物篮里，，我不能等了。。就在次让别人给我支付宝充钱。。再付款买了。。这次很快。就可以用域名了。。可是上次付款的钱还没退呢。。

等于为了买这个域名我多付了一次。。付了两次。。


我发ticket过去了。。人家好像说不退。。？？

我不明白。。请教大家。。下面是支付宝截图。。

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, due to strict registry regulations, we cannot backtrack any time already purchased with domain names. The only way to submit a refund request is if the domain has been canceled in its entirety. We apologize for any inconvenience.

客服的意思是让你取消订单，然后申请退款，还是去翻译版块求翻译，把问题说清楚点，或者检查下你的网站是否存在多个订单

我的问题不是要取消订单？？

我的意思是我买一个域名付了两次款。。还有一次是付了款。它没有给我开通相应的域名。

一次是付了款。。我看还在购物篮里。。我给取消了。。可是款已经付了。。他没有给我退。。

这样算来。。我付了三次款。。只得到他一次的服务。就是开通一个域名。。
