上面的信叫我写份声明，具体是什么样的声明啊？我不知道怎么回，大家帮我看下

开始转移在24小时内重新激活！楼主是不是转移失败了？需要重新转移？

意思就是让你写一东西给他们说要把域名转移出去如果你还是要这域名的话
