IIS升级文件迁移备份问题

请教大家一个很严重的问题，我之前的主机是IIS6.0的，昨天把IIS升级到7.0，
现在的状态是Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change

严重的问题是我之前的文件都没有备份，网站文件会不会一起迁移到新主机啊，我升级之前它的提示只说账户会迁移到另一个服务器，没说可能导致文件会丢失啊，所以我没有备份，以为会一起迁移的，大家有没有过类似的经验啊？

iis升级的话，一般情况下网站文件都是不会丢失的，但是不排除有些文件意外丢失

我6.23号升级IIS的，为什么到现在了状态还是Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change

要这么长的时间吗？
