为什么我的Windows主机不支持PHP？

我购买了2个Hosting - Shared - Deluxe - Windows 主机，一个买的时间比较久了，一个是新买的
我发现以前买的不支持php，但是新买的支持。
有没有什么办法把之前那个升级也支持php呀？

以前的也是支持的，需要是iis7版本才可以的

一般不会影响，但是有些程序可能会不支持iis7

我把升级iis6到iis7了，现在的状态是Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change

严重的问题是我之前的文件都没有备份，网站文件会不会一起迁移到新主机啊，我升级之前它的提示就说会迁移到另一个服务器，没说文件会丢失啊，所以我没有备份，以为会一起迁移的，大家有没有过类似的经验啊？
