点取消的时候提示没有退款？

顺便问下，转到新主机是按时间或者原价折过去或者购买价（优惠价）折过去
要退款的是经济型，新主机是豪华型

根据你退款的钱数，然后加时间到你的主机上
直接回复要求退款就可以了

你就跟他们说你要退款就行了转到新主机是把你原来主机的使用时间加到新主机上的。退款不能跨方案退的是什么主机就按什么退款

是客服说看到我有另外一个主机，问我要不要转到上面
