Dear guang liu,

Thank you for contacting Online Support. In reviewing your site and it's associated database we were able to successfully query your database. You will need to review your sites scripting as well as update any connection strings referencing your database.

When your site's applications connect to the database they must provide credentials and identifying information for the database. The usual practice is to format this information into a database connection string.

Connection strings can be found in the Hosting Control Center.

• Login to your account.
• In the My Products section, select Hosting.
• Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click the green launch button.
• In the Databases section of the Hosting Control Center, click the MySQL or SQL server icon, depending on the database type that you're using.
• Click the pencil icon next to the database you would like to get connection strings for to open its edit features.
• Click the Configuration icon in the menu bar.
