HostMonster主机IP无法连接并非IP被封（重点推荐）

而遭到DDOS攻击就是其中的一个原因，以下是我与HostMonster的live chat记录，希望版主能帮忙翻译过来，让大家都知道：

楼上的想法可能会导致HM不再开放国内注册。。。

大漠孤狼

判断ip是否被封要国内不能访问国外访问正常才可以基本确定为被封，当然还可能是网络问题
