现在删除域名可以退款吗？

听说godaddy注册的域名5天内可以删除并且退款，现在是否还有这个政策？
刚才我进入域名管理面板，删除域名的时候提示如下：

Warning! You cannot access deleted domains, because deleting releases the domain to the registry. The registry may hold domains before releasing them into the general domain pool. Deleting also deletes the services associated with the domain, including:

•Associated website or email service
•Free Quick Blog
•Free Hosting
•Free WebSite Tonight®
•Free Complete Email
•Free 100-pack Email Forwarding
•Starter/For Sale Web Page

NOTE: Deleting domains does not entitle you to a refund of registration or transfer fees.

这个说明了什么意思？
