关于wordpress的数据库连接问题

本人刚购买了windows主机，在安装wordpress程序时，数据库老是连接不上，连接不上的数据库是我自己创建的，密码和账号都没问题，
后来我使用 phpMyAdmin查看数据库，发现里面一个数据都没有，我不知道我的数据都去哪了。好像还有另外一个数据库，是主机自带的？？

注意数据库地址不是localhost

我已经看了版主给我的回复内容，按照要求我已经输入了数据库地址和数据库名，密码为什么还是会出现这个那Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

•Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
•Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
•Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.
