GODADDY的DNS后台访问不了和域名删除退款的问题

刚买了米，tdns页面一直打不开。。。悲剧

另外想问下申请删除域名退款是否只收到2个邮件？
一开始发过去申请退款的邮件之后回复了个邮件
后来过了4个小时收到donotreply@godaddy.com发来标题为Cancellation Confirmation的邮件
内容：

Dear XXXX,

Per your request, the items listed below have been cancelled from your account,XXXXX:

.COM Domain Name Registration - 1 Year: XXXX.COM

If you feel this cancellation has occurred in error or you need further assistance, our support staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

   • Online Support
   • Email: support@godaddy.com
   • Phone: (480) 505-8877
   • Web site: GoDaddy.com, Inc.

Please do not reply to this email. Emails sent to this address will not be answered.

Thanks again for being a GoDaddy.com, Inc. customer.

意思大概是说接受我的删除请求了。但没收到其他人说的sales@godaddy.com和billing@godaddy.com发来的邮件啊。。。
