[其他] 退款问题,是否是上当了

首先,我是4月12号买的空间,然后在5月6号申请的退款.并没有超过30天,但他们的什么30天退款协议应该是30天内退款全部退还的.可现在他们说什么根据30天退款,扣了我30美元,只余17美元.我在网站找遍了都没找到他的退款协议.而且我看了我的支付宝,并没有退款.现在却崔我结束ticke.我花40多刀买的空间,一个月没到只退我17刀,这算什么.而且我并没有收到退款,这不是骗子吗.请版主帮我想办法该怎么办

I really can not stand this access speed, ping values are above 400, and the database connection is not on the regular, so I decided to refund. I hope you can help me deal with as quickly as possible, thank you.

你回复他们,你申请退款时,并没有到30天..


PS:要退款时,找点退,不要快到一个月了,再退..

因为我刚开始买的那段时间并没有发现什么问题,但是越到后面问题越多,我网站什么都没弄,又没人流量,数据库老连不上.最后还收到个ticket,说什么我的数据库超载,叫我回复他们.没办法,这种空间能用吗,所以我才决定退款的,还打算拿了退款买狗爹,现在却是这种结果....

我和你也是这样的问题,老是抽风,Godaddy的还没人试过这样。我也想退。如果真是是40多刀。只退17刀,那也太狠了。我刚才买几天啊。

经过与客服的沟通,好像是终于给我全额退款了.但我的支付宝并没有收到退款,它上面的字面意思我还是不太理解,谷歌翻译又不准,请问是不是要等1-9天才能到帐还是啥意思?
