关于购买新空间后，再购买独立IP不成功问题

各位老师，问个问题：我目前手上有一个HM的主机还在有效期内，但快到期。现在在HM新买了一个Host，已经使用信用卡支付成功，但在另外购买独立IP的时候，提示不能购买，是不是不能使用相同的信用卡账号？

Dedicated IP's can only be ordered out to the end of your account term with us. You can renew your account now using the "Renew Your Account" icon in cPanel, then purchase the IP to the end of the new term.

The cost of Dedicated IP is $2.50/month, prorated to the end of your term. You may purchase Dedicated IP through your cPanel. Once you are logged in simply click on the Dedicated IP tab at the top of the screen and follow the steps.

这个是会给我的邮件，我已经购买了3年的主机，是HM的。
但手上还有一个旧的主机，也是HM的，但快到期了。
我用的都是相同的信用卡购买，在发送邮件给对方申请购买一个新IP给新主机的时候，就提示上面的英文邮件内容了。。。

独立IP在cpanel面板里面就能购买，在cpanel顶部，有个Dedicated IP

恩，是滴，我点击了购买后显示：
Items To Be Purchased：
Please verify your account by calling our verifications department at (866) 573-4678, option 4 before continuing.
接着我就发了带有信用卡和相关证件的扫描附件，并写明域名后提交了一个ticket。
客服就回了最初的这个信息了：
