请教老大：付款后LP要求我把身份证传真过去，怎么办啦

我信用卡服完款后，等了一小时大概LP给发了Email
貌似就是要我传真身份证或者给身份证拍照通过Email给他

中国身份证是汉字，他们看得懂么

？

Before we can approve your new hosting account, please fax the photo ID of the person's name on the account into our offices. This can include a government issued photo ID/driver's license, passport, etc.

Please fax this to:
ATTN: New Accounts
Fax#: 714-521-8195

Once we receive this information we will immediately process this order.

If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can also scan this information and attach it to this email.

谢谢老大，看了建站流程，想用dedecms建站，我是同时购买的域名和空间

不过ftp连接不上，cutftp显示如下：
状态:>    [2010/3/11 22:23:34] 正在获取列表“”...
状态:>    [2010/3/11 22:23:34] 正在解析主机名 ftp.top-warcraft.com...
状态:>    [2010/3/11 22:23:34] 已解析主机名 ftp.top-warcraft.com: ip = 209.200.244.57。
状态:>    [2010/3/11 22:23:34] 正在连接到 FTP 服务器... ftp.top-warcraft.com:21 (ip = 209.200.244.57)...
错误:>    [2010/3/11 22:23:55] 由于错误或超时，连接失败。

跳出提示如下：
1) 请核实目的主机名或 IP 地址是否正确。
2) 在“全局设置 | 连接”中增加连接超时限制。
3) 在“站点设置 | 类型”栏中切换为相对的数据连接类型 (PASV 或 PORT)。

改pasv或port也没有效果，
哎好事多磨
另外登陆后点击LPCP也进不去，不知道是不是单位网络的问题。

收到了，我可以进入conctrol panle,但是点击进入LPCP进不去
