好像说信息不全
我又发了一遍，
业务部没有给我回复

又收到一封技术部的回信，
I have forwarded this ticket onto our Billing Department for review. You should hear back from them when more information is available.

Please note the Billing Department is only open during regular business hours, so you may not receive a reply as quickly as you do from support.
