1. I created several tickets these days, but your response is too slow. Especially, the last ticket has past nealy 72 hours.

2. Most of my visitors live in China. They say that my site is too slow.

So, I must request refund.

他们回复ticket是需要时间的,你在等等。
看你在回复的那两次时间较短。。

谢谢帮助了,他们也没有说同意给我退款,我就这样等 超过30天后岂不是无法退款啦???

那封信是还没有给你作退款处理。你后面不是一连又回复了三次了吗?
最好把原因说明详细一点,并要表明就已确定要退款了。。

早上10点付款 18点申请退款 20点确认退款

我的情况和你们类似,10点后manage就打不开了,今天是我第一天用ix, 我真的火了,甚至连农夫与蛇的故事也用上了。capal 不好用,客服他一直让我点着看, 说几个小时后将会好的 让我继续用

其实,退款一定要把事情说清楚一点,不适合的地方等等,这次,我抓住的关键在于,你想升级就升级了,也不给个通知,让我等半天,公司都要诚信,都要让客户信任。虽然你们可能也是诚信经营的,但是你们这样做却是不行的。。。。
先给他戴个高帽子,再说她没达到这个标准,他就吃不消了,同样的高帽戴在god上,他也吃不消了(我用支付宝续费,支付成功了,却没给我续费,我只能用card付了,我让他退款,他却让我联系支付宝,我实在火了,给他戴个高帽子:我很喜欢god,但是这个都不能很好的解决的话,实在很让我失望云云,第二天就给我退了)=
当然 高帽有用,关键还是要把事情说清楚,说明白,不然 要转很多部门,也是一件很痛苦的事情。希望对大家有点帮助!

我就是这样写的  就上次说没有给我赚到退款部门后 我连续又发了2次 就在也不回复我了

他们处理,可能也要一个时间的过程吧。
你也可以联系live chat问问你的那个ticket的情况。
