[提问] 请版主帮忙解决一下退款理由怎么写呀???

我退款的理由很简单,我这边经常无法访问,因为第一次购买国外空间,本人也没有读什么书,根本不会英文,退款理由怎么写呢???

看你的那个上面,之前已经提交过了退款了。如果提交过就不用再提交了。。
上面那个可以不用管它的。
如果他们回复这个ticket,你也只需要在这个ticket下面回复就可以了。
