Godaddy主机的回信,怎么翻译?(已解決問題)

我误删除了Godaddy的主机,通过邮件,Godaddy收取了我150美元的服务费,我提供了相关的数据,并写了信催尽快回复,这是客服给我的回信中的一封,意思有些不太明白,哪位大侠帮我 翻译下啊!!!!!

没有啊,还没有恢复啊,怎么就不提供恢复呢?我哭啊!
哪位大侠能帮我写封信说明我的主机和数据还没有恢复,还需要他们的服务,而且时间要快,数据很重要!

Please Allow 7-10 business days to complete the restore.
有这句话就行了,他们说 恢复需要7~10天才能完成!从23日算,得到30日估计差不多~
