If you would like to speak with me on the phone to verify my account, I'd really appreciated it if you could speak in Chinese since I am afraid I am not able to speak English well enough to carry on the conversation.

意思就是:如果你们希望电话中和我交谈来验证我的账号的话,我非常希望你们能使用中文,因为我恐怕自己的英文不够好,不能和您进行对话交谈。

你的英文里面有一些问题需要修改:
well, 改成 hello, hi;
morning, afternoon, 是他们说,你肯定不需要这么附和,因为时差问题。所以你只要回答hi就可以了。
I order the product from ur co on (the time u order it). 这个地方也不需要说,因为是别人验证你,所以是别人说,你只要回答yes或者no
there are some info about me blabla.....这句话是错的,应该说 here is some of my personal information if you need; (information永远是单数,不会用are)

well这个我不是让他跟客服说的。。。是语气组词。。。无实意。。。
morning, afternoon,不一定非要他们说,所以不要说肯定不需要,OK? 我们LECTURER上课的时候我们都这么说,即使我们看到他了,这么说,他也会同样回答,不过并没有说必须这么说?你的明白?
第三点我不知道他们要说什么,只知道他们会问我信息,那么我就把需要的说出来,有错?你觉得楼主能完全听懂客服的话,然后就yes or no的回答?我先说了他要知道的,有错?
第四个你说的完全正确,这个没注意到。。。就是顺手打上了。。。。

yep, customers are god, they should be treated as god, but actually they are not god. so that is bullshit, before u bought it, u r god, after that, u r nothing. u came to them and bought the products from them, u should understand the basic terms, when u break the terms, rules or laws, could you just tell them that "my English is poor, so I do not understand it, could you find somebody can speak Chinese, Oh, I just forgot, and I cannot understand the Cantonese too, the Mandarian would be prefer, because that is the only language I understand"
BTW, Ur English is good, probably better than me, and what u wrote down is correct, and it should be fine if the user send the ticket like it. It is polite and reasonable to do it. So thanks for everything u did.
