造成这种情况的
原因一般是：注册资料中用户名和密码一样，导致未能通过HG的安全检测，所以暂时不告知IP。

解决办法：发信给sales@hostgator.com，请求帮助.

收件人：sales@hostgator.com
主题：I can not find my IP address in the account info mail.
内容：Hello, I have ordered hostgator, but I can not find my IP address in the account info mail.
my domain is www.***.com .
