我在英语翻译版块发了一个帖子,http://bbs.idcspy.com/thread-50485-1-1.html 其中有一个问题是我急切想知道的.
就是关于续费两年的问题,前几天我给LP支付了下图中最底下的那个$161.40美金,也就是默认勾选的,有人说这个只能使用28天,不知道是不是真的,并且现在LP也没有继续让我交费,我给他们发了一封询问的邮件,他们也没有正面回答我.


我给他们发的邮件:

我不知道他们为什么每次都要避开我的问题,从五月份我一直就给他们发邮件催促他们给我续费链接,但是一直拖到六月下旬才给我链接,上次给了链接后,因为我银行卡里的钱不够,所以我先支付了$161.40美金,但现在他们却没有继续给我付款链接了,再次发邮件催促他们,又开始避而不谈了,我害怕如果到时候真的是$161.40美金只能使用28天,一拖过这28天后又来一个$161.40美金使用28天怎么办?我真的很着急,所以请您帮帮忙,以您的经验,我应该怎么办呢?谢谢您了.LP真的让我很失望现在.

现在LP的客服邮箱无法接收我的邮件了,每次发送邮件都会被他们退回来.不知道是什么原因.

客服的回复跟你续费付款没什么关系啊
你是说续费166.8美金,你只付了161.4美金吗?

我的帐户曾经被他们暂停了,在我付了$161.40美金后他们又给开通了,但是客服邮箱现在拒收我的邮件了.

不是,我是说我目前只给他们支付了$161.40美金,

但是你的主机续费两年的价格是166.8美金啊,你还有5.4美金没支付

那这个$161.40美金是什么费用呢?问他们也没有正面回答我.
然后这个是无法选择的,是默认勾选的,就是因为这个所以我银行卡里的钱不够,以前他们跟我说只是需要二百六十多美金,现在居然多出一百多美金,我很困惑.

一楼那个图片就是当初我的付款链接页面.那个$161.4美金是默认勾选中的,是灰色状态的不可以更改.然后就有两项分别是$166.8和$70.8两项,我就是困惑那个默认勾选的$161.4美金是做什么用的.

现在我发邮件给他们,发送不了,通过http://support.lunarpages.com/login给他们留言,要么是不回复,要么就是回上边两封邮件,却只字不提我是不是还要继续付款,也没说明那个$161.4是什么费用.
