空间没有开通-要求退款寻求帮助

我付款今天是第四天了，因为我不懂英文的缘故

，我联系他们都用网络翻译后发送邮件。

至今为止，他们还没有给我开通空间，先是说电话验证没有通过，今天发送这个邮件，我实在是看不懂，所以想要求退款

，谁能帮我看看他们今天给我发的邮件是什么意思。请英语好的朋友和对退款方面比较了解的朋友联系我下。 QQ:125954812

他们今天给我发的电子邮件：
