老外还真是 欺软怕硬！！！！

上个星期帐户中4个米被NAME封了  

说因为其中一个米被人投诉冒用美国人的信息。


起初我的语气很软，想让他把我的帐户恢复，并且会配合更改我WHOIS`以后再也不反错之类的话


沟通了几封邮件，最后一次对我说，你的NAME帐户已经永久封了



当时急了，又连着发几封去，都不回我了


最后怒了，问一个朋友怎么办，他是专门吵米的，就要我说点狠话


反正我也想   都要不回来了


写了封信


说“  你们没有经过我允许，擅自修改了我的DNS并且停靠在你们公司，这是违法的，我是那些域名的所有人，我已经购买了。我命令你们立刻给我恢复否则你过几天就会收到我的律师信，并且我会拨打911求助！”



过了1天，回信了



前面说了一大堆，我违反了ICNC的规定，并且违反了美国法律，盗取他人身份之类的废话。

最后说，你的域名都已经转移到你帐户了，如果有下一次再被人投宿，绝对封帐户




一看我帐户，一个米已经回来了。问其他的米，过了2分钟，回信了，都转回来了

就是嘛，我们的域名没使用的都被注册商拿来停放。我发现不少注册商都是这样的。就这点，他们就不能和我们吵。

Why my account was disabled???



Dear Jie,

We have received a complaint that a domain name in your account fraudulently lists another persons contact details.  After further review, it appears all domains in your account list fraudulent contact details.  This is a serious breach of our registration agreement as well as ICANN's registrar policy.  Please let us know if you have further questions.

Name.com was contacted by the individual whose contact details you were using for lookfor****.com.  He was contacted by someone asking if he was the legitimate owner of the domain.  It is clear you are using third party contact details in an effort to protect your identity while committing fraud.  This is a serious breach of our registration agreement, and possibly US law.  You manually update the contact details for each domain you registered, which confirms you were aware of the fraudulent contact details you provided.  We have no choice but to permanently disable your Name.com registrations.  We would be happy to discuss this further.  Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

I found that you have not been in my permission to change My Domain's DNS those I have been paid.
this is against the law!!!
you must restore my domain's DNS immediately,or you will receive a letter from my lawyer.

Providing invalid contact details is a breach of our registration agreement as well as ICANNs registrar agreement. Using third parties contact details to protect your identity is a breach of US law.  We have transferred the domains back to your account, and have had them updated to reflect the details provide in your Name.com account.  This is subject to you continuing to provide complete and valid contact details for all your domains.  This is also subject to no further breaches of our registration agreement.  If we receive any further complaints regarding illegal activity regarding domains in your account, we will permanently disable all domains in your Name.com account, and hold records for purposes of further investigation by proper authorities.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
