重新分配一个独立IP要多久

我以前的IP是dedicated,换主机后变成了Shared Ip，昨天早上要求换成dedicated IP，已经答应给换了，到现在也没分配给我。不知道分配个独立IP要多久。我昨天晚上催过了，说让我等一等。不知道要等多久。

真正操作起来很快……
从操作到生效就几分钟，然后等域名全部重新生效几个小时
