godaddy主机退款问题

我昨天购买了godaddy的主机Economy型，3年的，但是买完后发现不能建子目录，于是想升级到Deluxe，但是因为没看清楚，又购买了Email - Deluxe ，之后我又把Hosting - Web - Economy - Windows升级到了"Hosting - Web - Economy - Windows ，紧接着发现是AP Region，我想要美国机房的，然后我提交了退款申请，也给他们发邮件了，我是通过信用卡付款的。
收到他们的回复：

I have requested that a refund be applied to your account as per your request. As some of our services are non-refundable, the request must be reviewed and approved by our billing department. Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved.

Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

我要退款的订单就是上面的，金额是$125.64，$71.64,$75.67,接下来是不是等待他们退款到我的信用卡？

而且我的账号被冻结了，我想买其他的，付款的时候提示：
There was a problem authorizing your credit. Please verify your payment information or use an alternate form of payment

觉得GD的空间速度不行。
还是购买其他的吧

我本来是用信用卡支付的，后来换了paypal，也不能付款的，就差没试支付宝了

有人退款至信用卡的吗？
