数据库没有备份的情况下给清空了，请问怎样和客服说，恢复数小时前的数据库呢？救命啊:

However we do NOT guarantee our backups in anyway they are strictly complementary.

Note: Everything will be changed back to the date of the backup, Emails, databases, files, folders, domains, everything.

theres an issue with the account's SSH service that i am fixing.. then i can run the backup.. it will be another moment
