7月份，lunarpages把我的数据库全部弄丢失了

我要求他们恢复备份，它说要收75美圆费用

害得我站点重新建
8月29日，我的所有数据再次丢失，甚至连cpanel也登陆不上

我怎么办，上帝救我

我今天都要疯了

我的主机是priam

我看公告，说他们升级http://www.lunarforums.com/lunarpages_web_hosting_server_information/security_upgrades_for_linux_shared_bz_servers_august_2631_2008-t49302.0.html

可是，升级也不至于把我的所有信息都丢失吧

我现在连登陆都登陆不上，取回密码，也不能。

提交了ticket，可是他们的回答让我苦笑不得

cpanel都登录不上？联系客服问问

也可以直接打电话过去咨询。一般cpanel登录不上的话，是由于你的账户被suspend了。

不是帐户被suspend了

上个月发生过一次，我所在的服务器，当时所有的数据库全部被清空了

今天这次更严重。

啥文件都没有了

cpanel也登陆不上

提交了ticket没有人，说我没有用他们的dns(答非所问，估计是菜鸟给我的回答）

点fogot password,竟然提示我输入信息不正确。这些信息100%正确

刚才有个可户服务，给我了个答复。。说已经转交给他们的supermaster

先提示数据库连接不上，又提示500错误，最后就变成了这样www.findlyrics.com.cn

We are currently investigating this issue. It has nothing to do with the current upgrades. I have saved a secure backup of your files and databases on the account just in case to make sure they are safe. We will reply back again once we have more info.
