LP windows主机里面的邮局只能发送不能接收

请教前辈几个问题：
1、LP windwos主机里面的邮局添加后，能不能通过什么连接访问登陆。
2、我添加了一个邮箱 在控制面板中登陆后可以发送，不能接收。外部邮箱发送邮件 10秒就退回。
3、LP windows的邮局 怎样设置foxmail。

ip是独立申请的。

mx设置没有问题。
现在邮局只能发出去。就是接收不到。可以自己发给自己

用其他邮箱测试一下，比如Gmail、163、QQ
实在不行联系LP客服
