救命啊 刚买的半年空间 装不上Discuz1.5 求救

昨天刚买的半年博客型主机,而且买了独立IP.可是刚买就可了我一个被封的Ip,昨天跟他们交流了2个多小时,今天早上才给我换的ip.但我ping了以后有300ms左右.大家帮我ping一下看速度怎么样.ip173.192.171.184
是我把我以前的Discuz1.5论坛的文件都已经上传到public_html这个目录里了(我的论坛字符集是gbk的).域名的dns服务器也改成hostease的了.备份的数据库也导入到新建的数据库里了,可是访问我的ip地址出来的是下面这些内容.请大家帮帮忙啊,怎么办呢

电信的ping是332，好像是内部服务器出现错误，还有就是404，没有找到文件，你看看有些文件是不是没有上传，你可以查看一下错误日志error log!

我这里ping也在300左右。
到你的主机错误日志里看看，如果找不到原因就联系官方。

我是上传的压缩文件,应该没有没上传的文件啊

300左右的ping值是不是就算慢的了,像hostease这样的主机一般是多少的,我应该要求他们更换多大ping值的ip啊

这个好像是自身程序有问题，一个是找不到500.shtml这个文件，还有就是提示index.php.错误，你自己再查看一下！

ping300也不算很慢，一般的hostease的ping是240左右，你修改一下文件的写权限！

实在不行的话我只有重新上传Discuz1.5的安装文件然后重新安装,安装好之后,再上传我以前的文件,另外需要设置各目录的属性为777吗,hostease的客服说不让改属性

Discuz的论坛文件是不是需要把所有的文件夹和文件的写权限都改成777的
