不玩JB的VPS了

JB的，前些天7.5号续费的一个月VPS，淘宝找人paypal代付的，36$的那款，用了几天，网络非常的卡，进Hypervm看不出什么问题，开始以为是中美电缆调整的问题，这样持续了两天，然后他们才发邮件告诉我说paypal问题，说把我带宽限制成1.5M了。让保证如果他们paypal收不到，就重新再付给他们，他们给暂时恢复网络。这个是真是很不满，说实话这个VPS不贵，paypal真有问题，早点说一声就是了，再给也还是给得起的。这样一搞两天，把我论坛会员赶跑了不少，我还傻傻的以为国际网络问题，一个个跟会员们解释。

保证了paypal有问题重新给他们，他们算是给恢复了，但是期间还是老是要出毛病，隔两天就抽风，1、2个小时不能访问，也不知道是不是他们搞的给穿小鞋，没办法，买了SWVPS的，还幸亏大部分转移了，刚才去看，JB的VPS已经打不开了，问别人说是从早上就打不开，看邮件，说是必须12小时内付款，可到现在还没到12小时内，有点问题不沟通就这样先搞你的站，逼迫你付款，现在想想决定不付了，反正都已经搬了的，以后不玩JB的了。

说实话前期的服务还是不错的。有问题发邮件他们回复得很快，上次的内存不够的问题，给他们发邮件，十几分钟就回复了，见我没反应，过了两小时又来询问我的看法。但是这样一有问题不沟通，先给穿小鞋，不通知，网站的收入，流量损失也差不多让他们搞掉够付VPS的那点钱了。

先限制两天带宽，我什么都不知道，还以为中美光缆施工影响，两天后才邮件通知你paypal有问题

.有什么事情不好先沟通的呢，要先整你一下

没问题的时候服务还是不错的，要是有问题就先整你，不是先尝试沟通

我和JB的一个客服比较熟悉，我刚向他了解了一下，他说因为您的PayPal支付有问题，并没能按时付款，所以他们暂时将您的带宽降低为1.5M，并通知了您，后来您承诺付款，他们就给您恢复了带宽，但您一直没有兑现您的承诺，他们始终没有收到您的钱，直到19号，他们才迫于无奈中止了您的帐户，在此期间您免费使用了16天的高带宽VPS，而您承诺的租金却从未兑现，貌似是您的不对哦，他们也能看到本论坛的，他用翻译软件大致阅读了您的帖子，他说您并没有说出事情的真相，所以他把您的ticket记录发给了我让我帮忙贴一下，以澄清这件事情

We ultimately have kept the throttle in place because it appears you still have not responded to paypal according to their records.

I notice that you are logged into HyperVM, would you please let me know the status of the paypal situation?!?

I hate to throttle your site b/c of paypal, please inform us if you are having trouble with paypal.

BTW, we are still allotting you 1.5 Mbit for your VPS, same as a T1 line..

soryy, I am not good at English!
We come from China , we do not have the international credit card, use national currency and come to pay cost others's equivalence U. S. dollar inside the account exchanging paypal, such has problem therefore paying the possibility with paypal account every time is different?

It's not that big of a deal to use a different paypal address each time but this does draw a red flag on the paypal team.

I will lift the throttle if you can promise me that you are telling the truth and that if for whatever reason the paypal dispute is reversed, meaning we(jb webhosting) don't receive payment, you will agree to pay with another paypal account that is legal.

I really appreciate your response as this is most important to keep in touch with us so we know how to handle the situation. Hopefully the paypal payment will go through for jsgirl.
