我3月31日申请的退款,
4月2日收到回复让我给个理由,以便退款并帮助他们未来改进.内容如下:

If you could provide any feedback about our services and your reasons for closing the account, it would be greatly appreciated. We have implemented this process as we value your opinions and input and we hope to incorporate the feedback received in new future services.
Since, you do not have a credit card on file, please provide your full postal mailing address and telephone number.

4月5日我回复他们了理由.
4月8日我查看,没有任何回复,于是很着急,因为过了9日就是使用一个月了.我感觉这事一定不顺,于是我去询问如下:
Please don't procrastinate time.last email is 2008/4/5,today is 4/7.
note it will a month In two days.
4月9号,没有他们的回复,我又询问如下:
why noone answer me?
4月10号,他们才给了个回复如下:

We answer tickets in the order received. The ticket system queue is automated and based on the time of the last submitted entry. Replying to your ticket before a representative responds will move your ticket to the
end of the queue, and unfortunately delay us from addressing your issue in a timely manner.
