新买的主机，登陆不进去了。

新买的主机，没改过密码等任何信息，就登陆不进去了。我找回密码，怎么提示这个邮箱地址*******@sogou.com我注册的时候填的163的，而且我也没改过邮箱。谁能告诉我这是怎么一回事吗？

我登陆进去以后就切换过一次操作系统。别的都没做过。

看来楼主是被盗号了。。。



解决办法：
1.联系客服support@godaddy.com 也就是回复你最后收到那封信，就说你想把邮箱地址改回来。
2.退款，直接登录控制面板 然后点cancel主机

谢谢版主的帮助。我已经向support@godaddy.com发信，要求改回邮箱地址。可是他们要什么pin码好像。反正还是没有给我改回来。下面是他们的回信：
Thank you for contacting Online Support. If you would like us to modify the e-mail address on file for an account, we will first need to verify the account. To verify the account, please reply to this message with your four-digit Shopper PIN or the last 6 digits of the credit card on file, as well as the new e-mail address that you would like to be on file for your Go Daddy account. The change will be made promptly upon verification of information and your reply and you will receive an email confirming that the change is complete.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

继续申诉吧。如果你没有4位pin码的话。就难办了。除了联系电话和地址是你的，其他信息已经全不是你的了。你又不能提供pin和信用卡，基本上没有办法证明帐号是你的。m346这个域名也不咋地，算了吧。以后自己买，一点也不难。实在不行，找个高中生帮你看看，一边看一边查字典也能看明白了。
