You can order the unmanaged vps, and then we will send you a one time bill for $20 to setup WHM/cPanel. Then you would not need to pay $20 extra each month, but if you need any other special requirements/server work we’ll have to charge per hour for server administration or you can hire an independent admin.
We can setup a centos 5 32-bit VPS with WHM cPanel PHP5 and MySQL 5. Don’t forget to add the whm/cpanel license during signup.

有2点我想问一下大家：我只要付第一个月的$20初装费，以后如果需要帮助了，按小时收管理费（charge per hour for server administration ）？？？

另外，WHM/CPANEL的LICENSE我自己注册？还是他们注册？

假如你没有需要解码的程序,Zend其实不装也罢,优化效果不明显,php缓存和优化我用eAccelerator.
